As expressed on our terms of service all sales are final but If you run into any problems with your order please contact us first and let us work with you to find a solution.

Do not return an item without contacting us first.

-Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be reported to us or the manufacturer within 25 days after the product has been received.

**An image showing the reported damage will be required.

**Full Refund is available on this scenario.

-If the package is lost in transit, claims must be reported to us or the manufacturer no later than 25 days after the estimated delivery date.

**If the package appear as ‘Delivered’ the order will not be refunded.

-Wrong Address - If a package is returned to us because the provided address was considered wrong or insufficient by the courier, you will be liable for reshipment costs (send it back to you) once the address has been updated. Same for unclaimed items that are returned to us .

-We do not offer refunds for size exchanges or products no longer desired.
